Troubleshooting: Login Difficulties

- I'm getting a message saying invalid username and/or password
The login site you should be using is http://www.safetysmartonline.com/login.asp
Try reentering your username and password. Passwords are case sensitive so be sure your CAPS LOCK key is not on and make sure you are not adding any spaces.
- I've forgotten my username and/or password
Contact the person at your company who is responsible for managing SafetySmart Online access. If that person does not know your username and password,
or you are the person responsible for SafetySmart Online, please call 1-800-667-9300 anytime Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST. You can also email a username or
password request to our Account Team. Your email will be responded to within one business day, excluding Canadian holidays.
- I've never been given a username or password but have been able to login in the past
